F45 Coach, Teacher, and Motivator Col. Reese Turner

Col. Reese Turner (Ret.) worked as a coach, teacher, and motivator at F45 in Louisville, Kentucky, from 2020 to 2024. He led classes for nearly 25 patrons to elevate their mental and physical fitness. In 2024, Col. Reese Turner expanded his professional activities by joining Genesis Blairwood, also in Louisville, in the position of Fitness Manager and subsequently as the Club Manager, followed by being promoted to Regional Group Exercise Manager in six short months. He currently leads and manages 40 instructors, spread across three health, who teach 90 classes a week to over 2000 members a week.

The Army commissioned COL ® Reese Turner as a field artillery officer in 1988. He spent nearly three decades in key command and staff positions at military installations worldwide. He earned numerous military honors during his career, including two Bronze Stars, a Combat Action Badge, and an Air Assault Badge.

Col. Turner studied engineering management at West Point. He holds a master of arts in strategic studies from the United States Army War College and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership. His interests include exercising, playing basketball, and volunteering at his local church.
